Shipping Info

Our products are handmade with love in our Calgary area studio. We strive to get each order out as quickly as possible, but please note that our items are mostly made to order. What this means:

PROCESSING TIME: 3-7 business days

We get the majority of orders processed in 2-3 business days, but if you need rush service contact us�and we’ll try to make it happen. We’re very responsive via email during normal business hours (week days, 10 am to 4 pm Mountain Time, excluding holidays) and even try to reply to inquiries after hours.

TRANSIT TIME: For Canada orders, approximately 5 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for priority shipping. Please allow a couple of weeks for delivery outside of Canada. We ship most orders via ChitChats, which has an average delivery speed of 5 business days for packages shipping within Canada once we hand off to ChitChats. We do offer the option to select Priority at check out if you want faster delivery. Priority has an average delivery speed of 2-3 business days within Canada. If you need extra rushed service contact us and we’ll try to make it happen. To save time, please let us know specifically which items you’d like to order (shirt style, size, and colour), the full shipping address (not just a Postal Code), and the desired in-hand date/time.If you are in the Calgary area and would like to pick up your order please contact us to make arrangements for pick up.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ORDERS VALUED AT $100 OR MORE: A signature is required at the time of delivery for Canada orders of $100 or more to prevent package theft, since most packages that size will not fit in standard-sized mailboxes or slots. This requirement can be waived upon request as long as you let us know prior to shipment; however, waiver of the signature requirement releases The Murder Fruit of responsibility to replace these orders at our cost in the event that they are stolen after they are scanned as “Delivered” by the courier. We love when folks place big orders, but please let us know right after you place them if you’d prefer that the signature requirement be waived!

MISSING PACKAGES:�If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it please double check with other members of your household to make sure someone else didn’t bring your package in. If there are areas around your home shipping couriers leave packages like side yards please check there. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered and we can assist.

SUM IT UP: Most Canada orders arrive within about a week, international orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country’s customs processing speed.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you are not in Canada please note:

1. You may have to pay customs or import duties on your shipment in addition to the actual postage costs depending on the laws & regulations of your home country. We do not collect duty & taxes in advance.

2. Please track your package. Once your order ships you will get an email with your tracking number. If you don’t see the email within 7 business days check your spam/junk folders and if you can’t find it contact us to request it.
